Asbestos Abatement
Before demolition began, asbestos abatement was completed by a specialty contractor to address identified materials in the existing house. Site protection, controlled removal, material handling, and disposal prepared the property for the demolition and new-construction phases that followed.

Preparing the
Existing Home for
Safe Demolition
Before demolition could begin, identified asbestos-containing materials in the existing house needed to be addressed. A specialty abatement contractor established protected work areas, completed the controlled removal, and prepared the material for proper disposal.
Asbestos abatement was performed by a qualified specialty contractor before the general demolition phase.

Demolition
After the specialty contractor completed the required asbestos abatement work and turned over the work areas, the project could move forward into general demolition. This preparation cleared the way for removal of the existing structure and the start of excavation for the new home.
