DESCRIPTION

This project is a modern multi-family residential building designed to fit within an urban neighborhood context. It features clean geometric forms, large windows, and a mix of neutral cladding with warm wood accents to create a contemporary yet welcoming appearance.

The design is developed in three variations, each exploring different façade treatments and balcony configurations while maintaining a consistent architectural language. Together, they offer flexible design options that balance modern aesthetics, natural light, and community-oriented street presence.
